TGIF, gang!!

I hope that everyone has had a great week, and that you are ready for the weekend ( dumb statement, I know! LOL)! I know that I certianly am! Tom has been making some adjustments to his show, and here’s what he had to say about it all over on his blog:

Hey gang,
So here is an update on some of the things we are doing here at the channel. First off, I was planning on being on the air this week, but we have moved forward our upgrading process, because of new technology. We are waiting for a few things that may take a few days. There is a new broadband T1 line that is being run to the studio. This won’t be installed for at least a few more days. While this is getting installed, we are re-programming the entire channel, the entire tomgreen.com - Things are going to work better, be easier to find, easier to play, play bigger, faster, smoother, easier. The channel is also going to have multiple new functions that will make it easier to share video with friends, and with us. I am really excited.

Patience. It’s kind of a difficult thing to preach, when I myself am spending all of my time pushing pushing pushing. But these things do take time. I spent most of my time over the last two weeks designing and producing the new website. It’s gonna be cool. But it is going to take some time. The fact of the matter is, with our small team, it is impossible to upgrade the site, and do shows at the same time. There is simply not enough time. We have been working around the clock, and on weekends, upgrading all of our technology. But the fun will start soon. And as soon as we get back up and running with our new LIVE technology, it is going to completely change the experience. I am excited about the fact that we have moved this process forward by several months. Stay tuned.

So this is what I am doing today, all day, all night, all week. Upgrading. What does this involve? Well I am spending lots of time on the phone with different technology experts, companies, programmers etc… We are also here at the channel doing new graphics, new design. And we have programmers behind the scenes rebuilding the guts of the website, from the bottom up. Pretty cool.

Until then I promise not to leave you guys in the lurch. I will be doing some goofing around, testing our new HD player, and maybe taking you guys on a little bit of a tour around los angeles. Lots of cool stuff in this city to see. We also have gotten some good news this week, and will be making an announcement very soon. The show is going to be getting a new kind of distribution, it is going to be something new. We are going to begin expanding our operation. Basically, it will mean a bigger budget. This will allow me to bring on a few video editors and cameramen. At that point we will be able to really begin creating more webo-vision per day. Imagine a day where we have a new show, and several new field pieces per day. This is going to start happening soon, all for free, right here at the channel. Stay tuned. This is going to be fun.

So, we still have to wait a little while until our precious Tom returns, but we can be patient about it all, right, gang?? Riiiight?

Happy Thursday, everyone!

I hope that you all have had a great week so far! Tom posted this message over at his website, so I wanted to share it with you all:

We are taking a few days off the LIVE show for upgrades. I can’t say for sure when we will be back on, but it will be soon. I can promise that we will be shooting new video and keeping lots of daily stuff happening around here. So check in here at my blog and I will let you know an eta of when we willbe back LIVE. Until then, watch something in our on demand page. Stay tuned for some really cool new stuff. Thanks for your patience. You guys rock.

Sooooo, not quite sure when Tom will return with guests, but you all stay tuned to see! In lieu of Tom being without guests, I am going to take you back to a little ways on the show and bring you a clip with Andrew Dice Clay.

Happy Wednesday, gang!

I hope that you all have had a great week so far! Things here are going good! I wanted to send you a little flashback of the Tom Green Show, where he asked an angry old man where he was going…this is a hillarious clip, but please know that there is a lot of curse words that fly here!

There is still a special guest that will be online tonight at Tom’s house, but no one knows who it is, so you gotta tune in! Check back here tomorrow to see who it is! Happy Tuesday, everyone!

I hope that your week is coming along great! Things over at the Web-o-vision is going great too. According to Tom over at his blog, there are new changes that are coming up and taking place in the land of Tom Green. Stay tuned, because it is a surprise for all of us, and no one really knows what all the surprises for the show is going to entail.

As I have mentioned many times before, I love Pamela, even if she is old enough to be my mom! LOL! Anyhow, if any of you have the opportunity to see Pamela and Hans with their “ Beauty of Magic” magic show at the Aladdin in Las Vegas, do so! It has received awesome reviews, and is only guaranteed to have even more!

There is a special, unannounced guest for the show tonight, so make sure that you tune in to see who it is! I’ll have all of the updates here tomorrow!

Happy Monday, gang! I hope that everyone has enjoyed their long Labor Day weekend ( for those of us in the states ), and that you get today off as well! Don’t know about all of you, but nothing beats a great BBQ and an ice cold drink on a summer holiday!

We’re back in the swing of things on Tom’s show tonight! Although we know that there will be guests back on the show, Tom hasn’t mentioned how it will be yet, as it is a secret guest. Who would YOU like to see on the show? I have already asked for Kat Von D, and got her to come on the show ( ok, so I asked to see her, and he said that it was a great idea…LOL), and of course, my favorite, Palmela Handerson ….er….I mean, Pamela Anderson! I would love to see Kelly Clarkson on there ( God, I love that woman! As a matter of fact, you can check my other 451 Press blog about her here), and would damn near die if she made it on the show! Let me know who you want to see…I wanna know!
